Established in 2026, Fundamental Investment Management (FIM) is an independently owned boutique investment management firm based in Sydney, Australia specialising in managing money in the Australian smaller companies sector.
FIM is a bottom-up manager that employs a value-style approach to investing in equities. Our two senior investment managers, Anton Tagliaferro and Simon Conn, have a long track record of managing Australian equity portfolios and delivering consistent returns through the cycle.
FIM’s focus is on identifying small cap companies for our Smaller Companies Fund that we believe can deliver good long-term returns for our Fund’s investors.
